Honestly, some of the finest items around that are super easy to get to. It does take a bit of guts to walk into the shop because the scent is pretty intense!

This cheese is fantastic! Delivery went smoothly. However, I really think you should cut down on the packaging for your shipments. It’s not good for the environment and makes me hesitant to order again. Do you really need a big freezer pack and sheep's wool insulation? If you haven't thought about it yet, maybe you could look into using less packaging or offer a lighter option where customers can take the chance on the cheese's condition. Most cheeses are usually fine at room temp, right? Also, it might be worth considering different packaging for the colder and warmer months. Today, it’s only about 3 or 4 degrees, so chilling isn’t really necessary.

Incredible British cheeses (aged and kept in top condition) arrived right on time, packaged so we could stash them in a cool garage until we were ready to use them. The customer support was top-notch when I had to adjust my order. We get our holiday cheeses from NYD annually, and they always come through for us.

The included leaflet with detailed information about the cheeses is quite handy. They are packaged with great care to ensure they stay in top-notch condition. As someone who usually enjoys French, Italian, and Spanish cheeses, I strongly suggest exploring the amazing cheeses from the UK.

We placed our order for Christmas cheese once more for pickup, but then we got locked down again, so we couldn’t grab it. The very next day, Neals Yard sorted it out and got it packed and shipped, and we should have the cheese by December 23. What a great response and service! We’re looking forward to enjoying our cheese as usual. Just a pity there’s no one around to share it with!

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but their service is just awful. As a nurse, I decided to treat myself to some fancy cheese a few weeks back. I went to pick it up from the Borough store on my day off, as planned... Only to find out it wouldn’t be ready for another 2 days (when I’d be working). Super frustrating. After that, I walked nearly an hour home, and right after, I got an email saying the cheese was now available for pickup. Even more frustrating. When I returned on my next day off, I asked the girl at the register if there were any oddly shaped cheeses on sale (my sister, who’s a chef, said this happens a lot in dairy shops). The shop assistant shot me the dirtiest look, as if I’d asked for something outrageous, and just said “no.” She didn’t even bother to apologize for the messed-up collection or offer any discount on my £50 order. So, in summary: shockingly poor. Customer service? Zero points. The cheese was decent, but nothing to rave about, and I wouldn’t want to shop here again. Giving it 2 stars only because I had a nice chat with a helpful guy in another store.

I got a cheese selection based on Jaime Oliver's suggestion, and it showed up right on the date I asked for. It was packed really well with an ice pack and wool insulation. The cheeses are stunning and nicely wrapped. Honestly, this is way better than what you get from any supermarket delivery.
